Shipping & Returns

We're a small team, and every order matters to us. Here's exactly how it works, with no vague promises.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 5-14 business days. 

• Packing: 1–2 business days
• Quality check: 1–2 business days
• Shipping: 3–10 business days, depending on where you are

You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

We know that's longer than Amazon. We're not Amazon. We're a small shop that would rather be upfront about the wait than promise two days and let you down.

If something goes wrong

• Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full. No questions.
• Hasn't arrived in 30 business days? Tell us and we'll refund you in full.
• Arrived damaged or not right? Send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Order Not Arrived?

Not delivered: If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us using our contact form with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Tracking shows delivered, but you don’t have it: Please check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom or front desk, and around your property, and give it 48 hours. Parcels sometimes turn up late. If it still hasn’t appeared, email us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t cover orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that was entered at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
